Nate’s Monday Morning Message

Nate’s Monday Morning Message

Welcome to this week’s edition of Nate’s Monday Message! Life is all about taking chances and going for your dreams. Don’t let anyone hold you back! It may not be their dream, but if it is yours then go for it and give it your all. Obstacles and challenges will get in the way. People will try to throw you off or hold you back. It will not always go as planned. But you must be strong enough to stand up for what you believe and fight with all the might and vigor you can muster! If you want it bad enough then go for it. Burn the bridge and go all in. Make life what you want it to be. In the end it’s yours to make with it what you want. Dream big…work hard…help others…be happy. Let’s make it a great week!

There was once a boy who wanted to seek the secret of success. One day he approached a wise man living up in the mountain. When he found the wise man at the hut, he asked “Wise man, can you tell me the secret to becoming successful in life?” The wise man was silent for a bit. After a moment, the wise man led the boy down to the river. They kept walking into the river until the boy was fully submerged in the water. The boy struggled and the wise man did not help him. The wise man held his head under the water. After a while, the wise man pulled the boy out of the water and headed back up to the mountain. At the hut the wise man asked the boy what he desired most when his head was submerged in the water. To this the boy quickly responded, “Of course, I wanted to breathe, you old fool!” To which the wise man replied, “Son, if you desire success as much as you wanted to breathe, then you would have found the true secret of success.”

Success is a matter of choice. If we have enough strong reasons, there is nothing we cannot do. Once we have the reasons, we will surely find the way to do it.
